About Frank

KINA FAMILIES was founded by Frank with a simple belief: care should fit into real life.

For decades, Frank has worked closely with swimmers and athletes across many stages of development, from early growth through to national-level pathways. His coaching work has always been grounded in consistency, structure, patience, and daily practice.

Alongside coaching, Frank has built his own endurance foundation through 20 Ironman 70.3 races, giving him a lived understanding of what it takes to support the body and mind over time.

After years of exploring practical home-care routines, Frank wanted to create a product pathway that felt simple, consistent and easy to begin.
