About Frank
Frank Preston brings a lifetime of discipline, routine, and long-term development into the foundation of KINA FAMILIES.
For decades, Frank has worked closely with athletes across every stage of growth — from early development through to national-level pathways — helping shape progress through consistency, structure, and patient daily practice. Alongside coaching, Frank has built his own endurance foundation through 20 Ironman 70.3 races, bringing the brand a lived understanding of what it takes to sustain both body and mind over time.
That experience shapes the spirit behind KINA FAMILIES: care is not something left to chance. It is something built quietly, consistently, and with intention.
